Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2024Tropical Fish International (TFI), operating under the DBA CIS Int'l Holdings (N.A) Corp., follows a clear and fair policy regarding the live arrival guarantee of livestock.
Guarantee and Claims:The company's DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy guarantees the quality and live arrival of livestock. However, once the livestock leaves our facilities, we have no control over the conditions it is subjected to during transit to the customer's location.
- Any DOA that amounts to less than 5% will be considered the customer's responsibility.
- For any DOA that exceeds 5%, provided that pictures are submitted within the specified time and it is determined that the quality of the livestock was not up to standard, we will stand behind our product. The loss of livestock will be credited on the next shipment.
To claim a DOA:
- DOAs must be strictly interpreted as Dead on Arrival.
- Pictures of the affected livestock must be submitted within 12 hours of arrival via email.
- Once we receive the pictures, we will issue a credit note reflecting the amount due to the customer.
Our intentionis to build long-term relationships with our customers, and we understand that consistently high DOAs cannot sustain a mutually profitable business relationship.
