To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct to your door.
In order to ensure that the Live Fish & Invertebrates are kept in a safe environment, please be available to sign for the package the day that the order arrives.
Live Fish & Invertebrates arrivals must be acclimated immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Policies & Rates

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account. Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected. If shipping method selected as 'pickup form WH' then no rates will be added.

Returns

The shipping container you receive will include a packing slip which contains the size and quantity of aquatic life that has been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us by phone or e-mail. This is not an invoice and does not contain pricing and billing info.
